This is a Small Turtle Who is Sitting Inside His Tall Grass Cattail Leaves. Made by Franklin Porcelain. Circa 1984. One cutie who was hand painted with a light green color with brown markings on the side of his neck and black eyes. This porcelain figurine (set of 2) is from the Woodland Surprises Series - Franklin Mint. Measurements are: 2 1/2 inches tall by 3 1/8 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches deep. This vintage item is collectible and it is in gently used condition. No original box. (Comes with complimentary box.)
