Refunds: All item sales are final. Now and Then Galleria LLC does not usually give refunds, however, there may be some circumstances that may warrant a refund or store credit. Please contact support within 7 days of delivery so we may assess the issue at hand. Each transaction is handled on an individual basis. After all that is the Now and Then Galleria family way.
