Precious Moments "Clown with Ball" Figurine by Enesco. 12238/C. Made circa 1984. A little clown with blue hair is wearing a pink outfit and hat. He is leaning on a yellow ball. Annual production mark is a bow & arrow. Measurements are 3 3/4 inches tall by 2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches deep. Made in Taiwan R.O.C. This vintage rare item is collectible, and it is in like new condition. In original box. (Box has minor or no wear.) Please see photos.  MINT - The item is in perfect condition.
