Precious Moments "Charity Begins in the Heart " (1998) Figurine by Enesco. 307009. Made circa 1997. This is a young lady wearing a pink flowered dress with a green cape. She is carrying a small purse on her right arm and a little blue bird sits on her left hand. There are small gold earrings on her ears and a small gem neckless around her neck. The annual production mark is glasses. Measurements are 7 3/4 inches tall by 4 inches wide by 4 inches deep. Made in Indonesia. This vintage rare item is collectible, and it is in like new condition.
