He is sitting in a green chair and leaning on a pillow while reading a book. The annual production mark is a dove. Measurements are 3 3/4 inches tall by 3 inches wide by 3 1/4 inches deep. Made in Taiwan R.O.C. This vintage rare item is collectible, and it is in like new condition. In original box. (Box may have wear.) Please see photos.  MINT - The item is in perfect condition.
