Precious Moments artist Sam Butcher has created Sugar Town to honor the people and places that have touched his life in a very special way, Each building and person in Sugar Town represents a part of Sam's life that he wants to share with you. The village is named in honor of Dr. Sam Sugar, the wonderful family doctor who brought Sam into the world at 12:15 a.m. on New Year's Day 1939.
