This is a Cedar Waxwing Bird Figurine by W. Goebel. This painted glossy bird is sitting, waiting on a new home. The cedar waxwing (Bombycilla cedrorum) is a member of the family Bombycillidae or waxwing family of passerine birds. It is a medium-sized, mostly brown, gray, and yellow bird named for its wax-like wing tips. The bottom of the figurine is stamped with: CV80 - 1967 and the trademark 4 (TMK 4) logo. (1964 - 1972) Made in W. Germany. Measurements are 6 3/4 inches tall by 3 1/4 inches wide. This vintage item is collectible and it is in like new condition. No original box. Please see photos.
