This is a Hess Toy Truck and Racer. This truck takes accessories to the next level, It is one durable transport truck carryies a friction-powered race car. The racecar can be removed and played with separately. This is the first year Hess started displaying the year on its license plate. This piece has the regular chrome grill. The box features the truck parked next to a Hess Gas Station with Christmas trees and mountains in the background. This awesome transport truck measures approximately 12 inches long and the racecar 5 inches long. Uses one D battery. This Truck and Racer was made by Amerada Hess Corporation. Made circa 1988.
