The van is green with purple Incredible Hulk printed on the roof and with a black picture of the Hulk on the side panels. It has a grey plastic base. Made circa 2002. Made in China. The scale is approx. 1:64. Measurements are about: 3 1/2 inches long by 1 inch wide. This vintage collectible item is brand new and in sealed condition. On original card. (Card has minor or no wear.)
