Looney Tunes Speedy Gonzalez Candy Dispenser by PEZ. Offered in a bag. This was released in 1995 as a part of the Warner Bros Looney Tunes series.  This updated version features a red bow tie and completely different hat style than the previous version. Speedy comes on a yellow stem in the USA. Made circa 1995. Made in Hungary. This vintage collectible item is sealed in new condition. New in bag. (Bag has minor to no wear.) Please see photos.
