M.I. HUMMEL Christmas Bell "Hear Ye, Hear Ye" 1991 by Goebel. This adorable bell is the third edition in a series of four 1989 - 1992. The bell is in a sage green color on the top and bottom with an aged bisque color around the center. On one side it has a winter scene and the other side is a boy blowing a horn. The ribbon has never been tied. Made circa 1990. Made in West Germany. Measurements are: 3 inches tall by 3 inch circumference. This vintage item is collectible and it is in like new condition.
