She has pink bows in her hair and is holding a fan advertising Presious Moments. The annual production mark is a bow & arrow. This is a 1990 limited edition. Measurements are 5 3/4 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches deep. Made in Taiwan R.O.C. This vintage rare item is collectible, and it is in like new condition. In original box.
