An adorable porcelain piece depicts a cute little boy kneeling to propose to a pretty little girl sitting on a stool, he realizes the ring is missing, but actually the ring is on their dogs nose. The annual production mark is a flower. Made circa 1987. Made in China. Measuresments are: 5 1/2 inches tall by 6 inches wide by 2 3/4 inches deep.
