Big head, decal eyes and teeth make him very different from the earlier small head version! Dispenser measurement is 4.50 inches tall with green stem. This PEZ is loose and ready for display. Made in Hungary. Made in 1999. With feet. This vintage item is collectible and it is in gently used condition. No original packaging. Please see photos.
