Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles "Raphael" Candy Dispenser by PEZ. This is a happy Raphael on a red stem from the first series of TMNT PEZ.  The series 1 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were produced in the mid 1990's.  There are 4 characters - Leonardo with a blue mask, Donatello with a purple mask, Raphael with a red mask and Michaelangelo with an orange mask.  Each character comes in both a smiling version and an angry version and each of these came on 8 different color stems - red, purple, orange, green, yellow, blue, black and teal. Dispenser measures 4.50 inches tall with green stem. Item is loose and ready for display. Made in China. Made in Mid 1990's. With feet. This vintage item is collectible and it is in gently used condition. No original packaging. Please see photos.
