He is intently playing with a toy train on an oval base.The Spanish name for this piece is "Todos al Tren".The lovely item has a gloss finish. Sculptor is Antonio Ramos. Made and issued in 1992 and retired in 1995. Made in Valencia, Spain. Measurements are 5 inches tall by 7 1/2 inches wide. This vintage item is collectible, and it is in like new condition.
