This is a Garfield "Open House" Figurine by Jim Davis. Made by Danbury Mint. Circa 1993. This figurine displays smarty pants Garfield sitting on a tree branch with a bird house over his head. He is hoping that he will have the little bird for lunch. (The blue bird looks like Twitter Bird!)  While a cute chipmunk is staring at Garfield welcoming him.
