The plaque reads "Precious Moments Porcelain Bisque Collection Precious Moments Last Forever". Annual production mark is a cross. Measurements are 3 1/2 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches wide by 2 inches deep. Made in Taiwan R.O.C. This vintage rare item is collectible, and it is in like new condition. In original box.
