She is wearing a sandwich board reading "Follow your heart" on the front and I "heart" Precious Moments on the back. Annual production mark is a trumpet. Made circa 1994. This is a 1995 Event Figurine. Measurements 5 1/2 inches tall 3 inches wide 3 inches deep. This vintage rare item is collectible, and it is in like new condition. In original box.
