Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order with Now and Then Galleria LLC, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
If and when we have a discount or coupon code offering free shipping*, the discount is up to TEN ($10.00) US dollars on orders over ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) US dollars or up to TWENTY ($20.00) US dollars on orders over TWO HUNDRED ($200.00) US dollars unless stated otherwise and the shipping will be USPS ground only. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges exceeding the discount or if faster shipping is chosen. Some restrictions apply and some items do not qualify for free shipping.
All orders are insured. This is because once your package leaves our hands it becomes the responsibility of the shipper to deliver your package safely and in a timely manner. If for some reason your order does not arrive safely you will need to contact the shipping company directly to file a claim. Please notify us as well so we may be aware of the issue experienced and further assist as needed.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
