This a Shoney's Mascot Bear Advertisement Coin Bank. Produced by Shoney's Inc. Circa 1993. One delightful bear is made out of a semi soft plastic and rubber material. Shoney's Bear Bank colors are vibrant, with only a few scuff marks on his cheeks. Coins deposit into the 1 1/4 inch slot located on the back of the bear's head. One adorable Shoney's advertising bank was designed as a young bear wearing a red Shoney's t-shirt. He is giving the thumbs up to the SHONEY'S restaurant name printed in white lettering on his chest. Remove head to access coins, it can be a tad difficult to re-attach head on body, but it does go back on. This little fellow would make a charming addition to any coin bank collection. Measurements are 7 3/4 inches tall by 4 inches wide by 3 1/4 inches deep. No original box. This fun vintage item is collectible and in gently used condition. Please see photos.
