This is a Snowbabies - "Celebrate" Figurine by Department 56. Circa 2000. It was a "1999 Event" piece. Three amazing Snowbabies, one waving a flag, having a great time a top of two polar bears. This item was introduced to the public 1999 and it was retired in 1999. Meaurements are: 9 3/4 inches tall by 4 7/8 inches wide. This item is collectible and it is in like new condition. In original box. (Box has minor wear.) Please see photos. MINT - The item is in perfect condition.
