The messages are "Congratulations", "Happy Anniversary", "Get Well", "Special Delivery", "Happy Mother's Day", "Happy Birthday" and you can put this on the sign under the puppy's paws. A crafted of bisque porcelain, painted by hand by Department 56. This item was made in 2007. Measurement: 5 inches tall. This item is collectible and it is in like new condition. New in box.
