This is a retired Snowman C Pez. It is a 2002 version of the Snowman with a colorful yellow and red polka dot scarf, and brown hat! This version of the Snowman PEZ has been replaced in 2012 by a Snowman D with a striped scarf and black hat. This cool Snowman C PEZ dispenser comes in a bag and ready to display.. This package has red packaging and two candy pack. Made in China. This collectible item is brand new and in sealed condition.
