M.I. Hummel "Scamp" Figurine by Goebel. #189 Hum 553. This is a wonderful figurine of a young boy dressed in brown pants, blue jacket and red necktie. Scamp is winking with a cute grin on his face. This is a trademark 7 - TMK 7. Measurements are 3 1/2 inches tall by 1 3/4 inches wide. Made in Germany. Dated 1989. Made circa 1991. This vintage item is collectible and it is in like new condition.
