Precious Moments "Clowns" (with Balloon) Figurine by Enesco. #12238. A little red headed clown wearing a half lilac, half yellow outfit with a blue collar. Fun stuff has a yellow hair bow and is carrying a pink balloon. Annual production mark is a cedar tree. Made circa 1984. Made in Taiwan R.O.C. Measurements are 4 1/4 inches tall by 2 inches wide by 2 inches deep. This vintage rare item is collectible, and it is in like new condition. In original box.
