This is a fun and for sure a lovely 1996 Annual Edition porcelain ornament for the true P.M. collector... Like yourself... A globe with an adorable young boy dressed as an angel holding a sign upside down that says "Peace on Earth in 96", and the back of the ornament says Peace on Earth... Anyway 1996" done in warm pastel shades. There is a base for table display, nice. The annual production mark is a heart. This fine ornament measurements are: (approx) globe 3 1/2 inches round and the base 2 1/4 inch diameter. Made circa 1996. Made in Thailand.
