Precious Moments Sugar Town Christmas tree figurine. 528684. An amazing pale green tree with a fun yellow star on top and neat white garland around the Christmas tree. Lovely different color balls are sparsely distributed on this fabulous looking tree. The annual production mark is a butterfly. Measurements are 4 1/2 inches tall by 2 1/4 inches wide by 2 1/4 inches deep. Made circa 1992. Made in Thailand. This vintage item is collectible, and it is in like new condition. In original box.
