This is a Snowbabies "Snowbaby Crawling" Lite-Up - Clip-on Ornament by Department 56. Comes with this quote: 1) "Once Upon a Time... In a far off wintry land - Jack Frost grew lonely - And took the task to hand. He used his magic powers - And smiled when he was through. For what he'd made were Snowbabies - A joy for me and you." 2) "On tiny sleds they slide - Down icy hills they go - They laugh and sing together - As they frolic in the snow. Measurements are: 1 3/4 inches tall by 3 3/4 inches wide. This nice item was introduced to the public December of 1986 and was retired December of 1992.
