To use Intelli - Tronic Voice Activation, batteries were factory installed and are included but might not work. These factory installed batteries are old and subject to possible age deterioration/leakage. We provide 3 new AAA batteries for replacement to use as a bonus. Measurements are 4.75 inches tall (Homer) and 5.5 inches tall (Marge). This product is retired and it was made Circa 2002. Made in China.
