Precious Moments "Clowns" (with Ball) Figurine by Enesco. 12238/C. A little clown with blue hair is wearing a pink outfit and hat. He is leaning on a yellow ball. Annual production mark is an olive branch. Made circa 1984. Measurements are 3 3/4 inches tall by 2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches deep. Made in Taiwan R.O.C. This vintage rare item is collectible, and it is in like new condition. In original box. Please see photos.  MINT - The item is in perfect condition.
